Residential Leadership

This training is designed to provide Des Moines area residents with the skills and tools to effectively network with each other, learn how to communicate with government, and to promote your effectiveness as a community leader.  You can take one or two courses or earn a Neighborhood Resident Leadership Certificate by completing all six core leadership courses, plus electives.  Core leadership topics include effective communication, conflict management, and team building.
