The mail is picked up twice daily and delivered to the designated areas through the Ankeny Campus and delivery to the Urban Campus around 11:00 a.m. The mail is then processed and delivered to the post office each day by 3:00 p.m. All mail placed in outgoing pickup areas must be bundled (rubber banded) and have a post it note pad attached with Department identification on the bundle.
