First year, first-time borrower at DMACC will have loans applied to their account 30 days from the beginning of the term. Refunds will be disbursed within a week from this date **

Earliest date second disbursement of loans can be credited to the student’s account if loan period covers one term only. Refunds will be disbursed within a week from this date **

ALL FINANCIAL AID CREDITED TO A STUDENT’S ACCOUNT BY WEDNESDAY, WILL BE DISBURSED NO SOONER THAN THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY.

* Agency funding from state or local governments may be applied to the student’s account any time after registration and once the authorization is received. Authorized book purchases may be made after tuition and related fees have been paid.

** These dates are dependent on when the loan application was certified and promissory notes returned.
