Inductees please arrive at 6:15 p.m.

In the Lloyd Courter Student Center at the Boone DMACC campus

Your application (enclosed) must be completed, signed, and returned along with a $70 initiation fee to Nancy Woods (room 224) as soon as possible! Please make checks payable to "PTK Boone Campus DMACC". The initiation fee includes membership to both the National Phi Theta Kappa organization as well as to our State Phi Theta Kappa organization.
