Second Annual Iowa Culinary Institute Scholarship Dinner

The American Culinary Federation Greater Des Moines Culinary Association is partnering with the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Iowa Culinary Institute to host the second annual seven-course gourmet dinner to benefit students in the Iowa Culinary Institute.

This scholarship dinner will be held Sun., Mar. 30, 2008 at the DMACC Ankeny Campus in the Lakeview Inn, Bldg. #7, Iowa Culinary Institute. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with hors d’ oeuvres, and the first course will be served at 6:30 p.m.

The courses will be prepared by members of the American Culinary Federation of Iowa, and they will be assisted by a scholarship recipient. Seven outstanding culinary students will each be awarded a $500 scholarship during this event.
