Call Center Excellence Certificate of Completion

Applications are now being taken for a Call Center Training Program offered through Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). This targeted, fast-track non-credit certificate was developed with employers to prepare individuals to have a better chance of obtaining these rewarding positions. Graduates will be interviewed by participating companies.

To be considered for the program, those interested need to completely fill out the NetSelect Prescreening Questionnaire www.us.manpower.com/netselectjobs and enter the following 9 digit pin number 916184955. Register as a new user.

Candidates selected for the program will be invited to an orientation on Jan. 30. Classes meet from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesdays and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturdays from Feb. 6 through March 8.
