UNI Representatives Visit DMACC Boone Campus

University of Northern Iowa (UNI) representatives will visit the Boone campus of Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) on Feb. 27 and 28 to discuss the elementary education bachelor’s degree program for students who cannot relocate to the UNI campus.
Students may visit with a representative Wed., Feb.27 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. or Thur., Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The room location will be posted on the doors.
In partnership with DMACC, the elementary education program with endorsements is for individuals who have completed, or are completing, an A.A. degree, are place-bound, or are changing careers.
Information will be available on the degree program, UNI admission, financial aid, and program registration. UNI faculty will teach all classes either onsite at the community college, over the Iowa Communications Network, on the UNI campus, or via web-based courses.
