DMACC Newton Campus Offers Two Classes

Des Moines Area Community College’s (DMACC’s) Newton Campus will be offering a computer class and an eBay selling class in March.

Excel Intermediate 2003 (Course #25709) will show you how to streamline and visually enhance your spreadsheets, create and apply templates; create and modify charts, calculate with advanced formulas and sort and filter data. The class will be offered from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Tues., Mar. 25, Apr. 1 and 8.  The cost is $109 and includes a textbook and CD.  Advanced registration and payment are due by Thur., Mar. 20.

An eBay Selling Basics class (Course #25656) will teach you how to avoid mistakes that new eBay sellers make.  You will learn how to research and create listings that attract buyers, open and use a PayPal account to simplify getting paid, and set pricing that will maximize your profits.  The course is taught by a certified eBay trainer.  Advanced registration and payment are due by Tues., Mar. 25.
