Computers are not required for the program. However, many students prefer to purchase a computer and software to increase their computer and software skills at home.

We recommend that students wait until they have been in the program at least a half of a semester before purchasing a computer. This gives them time to understand the unique hardware and software requirements that this industry demands. This perspective helps them to make better decisions when buying a computer.
